- Flyfarebuddy generally provides non-refundable flight tickets with various airlines. However, some tickets are refundable as per their cancellation and refund policy, so passengers can claim accordingly, if applicable.
- Passengers need to make a cancellation request within 24 hours of booking to receive a refund, if authorised by the airline.
- Our travel booking platform does not provide any assurance on flight bookings cancellation and refund.
- If applicable, refunds are only given in the form of a travel credit and can be use for future bookings with the same airline.
- When using travel credits, it is important to pay the difference in fare, airline charges, and post-ticketing fee by Flyfarebuddy.
- We are a major travel service provider, so we do not provide any representation of the service charges.
- Assurance on cancellation and refund is given by the specific airline, as we are not responsible for it.
- As a travel service provider, we do not provide a specific timeframe to passengers for cancellation and refund. We handle each cancellation and refund request in sequence and forward it to the appropriate airlines for approval before processing the refund.
- We will inform the passengers through email that we have received their cancellation request after it has been submitted over the phone call with a reference for future interaction.
- We do not promise the customers that they will get a refund.
- During the cancellation process, we are not entitled to refund the service charge as it is charged to the passenger at the time of booking.
- Refunds are completely decided by the specific airlines. Generally, it takes around 60-90 days to settle the refund request from the request date.
