10. Airline Decisions & Overbooking
We act solely as an intermediate between travelers and airlines. We do not operate flights or control airline policies. Therefore, we are not liable for:
- Flight delays, schedule alterations, or cancellations
- Airline errors, service quality, or baggage issues
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from your travel plans
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid to us for the booking.

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted under the laws of the United States. Any disagreements shall be resolved through arbitration, as described above.
